About Us
Training
Austeck provides comprehensive training for all its clients in both the use and maintenance of the equipment. This covers:
- The operation of the equipment
- Troubleshooting of any potential operational problems
- Requirements for the cleaning and protection of the equipment
- Maintenance requirements (type and frequency)
- Serviceability of equipment
- Minor repairs that can be carried out by the operator
Austeck issues all trainees a certificate upon successful completion of training.
Also, it is company policy to offer telephone support to our clients, 24-hours a day, on all matters relating to the maintenance of the equipment, its operation and matters of best practice.
