We have dedicated service facilities in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth with all personnel trained and certified in the service and maintenance of the equipment. All our workshops are properly manned and equipped and cater specifically for the technology we sell. Austeck carries in excess of $1,000,000.00 worth of spare parts, and on the vast majority of items can guarantee delivery within 2 working days. All service work including major overhauls and work under warranty take place our regional centres to ensure the quality of workmanship and keep customer downtime to an absolute minimum. For general maintenance, Austeck will provide all the necessary training, specifications, tools and schematics for its clients to undertake such work themselves.
